Does what it says
It was used to seal in the moisture after Baby's bath. Baby's body was well moisturized.

Finally found the solution to my babys eczema

Works great on my toddlers rash that comes and goes on the inside of his elbows. Can use it whilst he's in the bath or after. Does calm it down very well and quickly.
