Holland & Barrett Healthy Kids Vitamin D3 Liquid are unflavoured liquid drops which can be mixed with water, milk or juice to supplement the diet with vitamin D. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, which is needed in the growth and development of children. Make sure your little ones are getting the Vitamin D3 they need by supplementing with this easy to use liquid.

Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil, Antioxidant (dl-alpha Tocopherol), Vitamin D3.

Directions:
For children one year old or above. Draw the liquid into the graduated pipette to 0.5ml and dispense directly into milk/juice. Consume one serving (0.5ml) daily. Adults can also follow the same directions. Do not exceed stated dose. The Chief Medical Officer recommends all infants and children aged 6 months to 5 years take a daily supplement containing 7 to 8.5ug of Vitamin D. NOTE: Not to be given to infants taking 500ml or more of infant formula per day.
