Holland & Barrett Lutigold Lutein 6mg 90 Capsules

Your daily gold in supplement form

Our LutiGold® Lutein Capsules provide 6mg of premium lutein in a convenient one-a-day format. Lutein is a naturally occurring carotenoid found in dark green leafy vegetables and is one of the predominant carotenoids naturally present in the retina of the eye. As the body cannot produce lutein, it must be obtained through the diet or supplementation, making this an easy way to support your daily intake.

• 6mg LutiGold® lutein per capsule
• Naturally sourced from marigold flowers
• Source of the carotenoid lutein
• Easy-to-swallow capsule

The H&B difference

Our formula features LutiGold®, a premium lutein ingredient naturally derived from marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta), providing a consistent source of this naturally occurring carotenoid. Lutein can't be synthesised by the body and must be obtained through the diet, yet typical dietary intakes are often lower than the levels used in nutrition research. Our convenient one-a-day supplement offers an easy way to complement your daily intake of lutein.
