Noticed a difference after 2 weeks!!
“After 2 weeks, I noticed a big difference. My hair looks and feels slightly fuller, feeling so much glossier and less brittle. Bought 3 months supply as they were half price and will most probably buy more and use them forever. May be worth mentioning that they did make me a little constipated at first, so may not be ideal for everyone. It encourages me to just drink more water and that must help with my hair too. It would be better if we took one a day because they are so big (have to take one 3 times a day as a slow time release). Remember take with food otherwise like me you may feel queasy.”
