It does exactly what it says on the box.
“I purchased this product with a good deal of scepticism but was similarly compelled by the research and claims being made in the varied reviews I’d read. Needless to say I was also keen to loose weight and find something/anything which might assist my many historical failures. I choose the strawberry and lime because it was reportedly less sweet and said to have a slight acidity to it’s taste........tick, very pleasant indeed. I do find I prefer to drink the mix quite soon after adding water as it quite kill begins to coagulate which is not something I’m very keen on. Once taken I then allow the recommended 20-30 minutes before eating, find myself feeling pleasingly satiated after eating, and lo and behold, better still, not snacking or even feeling the urge to sneak that little something else between meals.........double tick. This I’m loving! The weight is coming off at approximately 2 kilos a week and I’m delighted. I’m also astonished by the fact that not only am I not experiencing gastronomic cravings, I’m also feeling more energised, active and altogether well in myself! I can’t really believe it but know it to be true and have every intention of incorporating slimbiome into my every day, the plan being, that once the weight is off, to use a sachet or two daily to keep those cravings at bay and the weight off. My advice is give it a go. I did and I don’t think I shall ever look back!!!”

Not a nice taste and not sure if it works
“Not a nice taste and not sure if it works - unfortunately the taste is very powdery and not tasty. I'm not sure if it works as I didn't feel as though it kept me full, I would reccomend getting a good meal shake replacement instead”
