Ryan and Kim launched Life Kitchen after losing parents to cancer and seeing how chemotherapy was affecting their experience with food. The H&B with Life Kitchen collection has been designed to enhance each of our five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami.

With rich and decadent flavour notes, this miso honey is simple but very effective. Similarly to a salted caramel, the saltiness of the umami miso uplifts the sweetness of the honey creating a delicious, taste boosting experience.

This honey with miso can be used to enhance the flavour of both sweet and savoury dishes.
