Directions:
Suggested use - Adults: Add 15g (approx. 2 tablespoons) of powder to black coffee or smoothie and stir for 1 minute or until dissolved. For best results add all ingredients in to a blender, blend and enjoy. STORE IN A COOL DRY PLACE
