These are a staple in our house. Bumps and followed by these automatically and we seem to have limited bruising. Easy to get the kids to take as tiny and taste sweet. Recommend

Always reach for Arnica pillules
I bruise easily because of having to take a dispersible aspirin every day. Arnica pillules always gently reduce the appearance and length of time I have visible bruising. Highly recommend.

A must for every handbag or rucksack
Instant calming effect on patient. Especially wonderful for little folk. I have always used it with our children, and now they use it for their children ( and as adults) as well. Limits extent of trauma post injuries.
