NKD Living Granulated Erythritol is a natural zero calorie sugar replacement with a similar texture and taste to regular table sugar. It can be used to sweeten just about anything! Sprinkle over fruit, add to your coffee and even bake with it just like sugar!
As part of the “sugar alcohol” family, Erythritol is a naturally derived sugar from fruit and plants and passes straight through your body undigested. Erythritol is 70% the sweetness of sugar so you need to use 130g of erythritol for every 100g of sugar in baking.
