Directions:

Nourella® Cream: Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing. Massage the cream onto face, neck and décolletage.

Nourella® Food Supplement: 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 4 months (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening taken with water after food)
