“For me this is chocolate perfection. The balance of dark flavours, smoothness and lack of bitterness could not be bettered. I love the salt and caramel version of this chocolate which was the first one I tried. I tried this not expecting it to be better, but it is. Just pure simple wonderful chocolate - with all the benefits and low carb, low sugar. 3 small squares after a meal instead of any other sweet treat - and I am satisfied. So it is great for all sorts of diets and regimes. However whether or not you are on a regime this is wonderful. I don't like "normal" chocolate now - whether dark or milk - as they taste either too bitter or too sweet. This has made me realise what proper chocolate can be.”

“Wanted to try this for the health benefits of raw chocolate. However for me it was a bit of an odd taste. I love really dark cacao hot chocolate and dark chocolate generally but this felt like it was lacking the velvety element of a good chocolate. I may just not be used to the raw taste. Edible but not for me.”
