Schuessler Silica No.12 Tissue Salts Tablets are a specially formulated homeopathic remedy which contains the tissue salt, silica. Also known as silicea or silicon, Silica is used by every internal gland and single cell within the Body. It is known for being a nourishing hair, skin & nail nutrient, which may help to strengthen the skin and connective tissues by boosting elasticity.

Schuessler Tissue Salt Silica Tablets are suitable for the whole family and may be taken alongside other dietary supplements including vitamins and minerals.

Dr. Schuessler was a doctor and physiological chemist and a physicist who was well ahead of his time. He developed the Schuessler Tissue Salts at the end of the 19th Century.

Directions:

Adults: 1 tablet.
Children (1-18 years): 1/2 tablet.
Chew tablets or for infants and children (1-2 years) crush and dissoolve in water.
Acute Dose: 1 dose every 30 minutes until symptoms subside, up to 6 times per day. Maintenance Dose: 1 dose 4 times per day. Take 30 minutes away from food.
