Sevent seas multivitamin over 50
As I am well over 50 I thought it would be sensible to boost my health. This seems to be a benifit, touch wood I have since starting it avoided all the 'bugs' my friends have succumbed to.

My favourite multivitamin
I couldn't get these anymore in my usual supermarket so was thrilled when I found that I could get them from H&B - and got free delivery when I bought 4 packs - even better!
