If you're looking for gluten-free, this is a great substitute for flour. Quite expensive but I bought on offer, so great value.

Good substitute for wheat flour
Been using this to make gluten-free tortilla wraps and I'm very pleased with the result. Looks like a versatile flour - will use it to experiment with bread and muffins. I recommend it.

A fine powder!
I bought this to make my GSD treats as she is allergic to wheat and rice products . Its very expensive compared to other flour but its great to use ( less sticky than milled flour ) , dog hasn`t changed her liking for her treats so I guess it tastes ok . So I`d recommend it…
