Carefully combining calcium with co-factors including vitamin D, zinc and magnesium. It helps contribute to normal functioning nervous system and muscles. The vitamin D helps the body to further absorb the calcium, enhancing the effects of this liquid.

Adults: 2 teaspoonful’s twice daily.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding: 2 teaspoonful’s twice daily.
