Willy's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is recommended to be taken daily as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. We craft our vinegar on our farm in Herefordshire with our own apples from our 300 year old orchards. Drink daily diluted with water, in a salad dressing or in your morning smoothie.

“I have tried lots of ways to drink this as it's pretty sour. I've decided that's its best in a pint of water which I try to glug down quickly! Hot water is a definite no as it highlights the smell and hence the taste. I can't say I've noticed any difference to my rheumatism which is why it was recommended to me, but I haven't been taking it for very long yet.”

An acquired taste that has alluded me
“Not for me, tastes hideous and whatever benefits it might have are not discernible to me. I suffer with silent reflux, eg acid that causes a phlegm like cough after eating richer foods, but this probably made that worse. I might try and use it in a salad dressing, but I’m quite fond of balsamic for that so will see if anyone I know with a less delicate palate and stomach is interested in it.”
