Soya Isoflavones

The soya plant is native to East Asia and was cultivated over 3,000 years ago, making it one of the oldest food plants in existence. Soya isoflavones have been enjoyed by many over the years, soya shows no signs of losing it popularity any time soon.

The soya plant produces soybeans, which are part of the legume family and can be made into products including soya milk, flour, tofu as well as a host of other vegan and vegetarian food stuffs.

Soybeans are now grown all over the world, including in the USA (which is the largest producer of them), as well as South America and even the UK, who have been growing their own soybeans since the late 1990s.
