    Salted Caramel Smoothie

    Kickstart your morning with the natural sweetness of banana and dates to give you a little boost.

    Try Gemswholesomekitchen’s Salted Caramel Smoothie recipe!

    Ingredients

    • 1 large banana
    • 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
    • 5 large pitted dates
    • 1 desert flaxseed
    • 1 desert spoon hemp seeds
    • 1 tbsp nut butter
    • pinch of rock salt
    • 1 cup of brazil nuts
    • 1 drop vanilla essence
    • 1 cup ice
    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

    Method

    Step 1
    Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute.

    If you don’t have a blender, you could use a stick blender and put all of the ingredients into a large bowl.

    Step 2
    If you prefer your smoothies runny, add a splash of water or milk. Poor into a glass and enjoy.

    If there’s any left over, refrigerate the remaining to enjoy later on in the day, or freeze.
