Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 20g jarred coconut flesh
- ½ tsp liquorice powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
Method
1. Add coconut milk, vanilla bean paste, honey and sea salt into a saucepan and simmer over a low heat until all ingredients are mixed together.
2. Take the mixture of the heat and stir in the coconut flesh, let it cool and then refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
3. Once completely cooled add mix to ice cream maker and run. Around 5-10 minutes before it finishes, add the powdered liquorice.
