Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 1 cup non-dairy milk of choice
- 5 large pitted dates
- 1 desert flaxseed
- 1 desert spoon hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- pinch of rock salt
- 1 cup of brazil nuts
- 1 drop vanilla essence
- 1 cup ice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
Method
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute.
If you don't have a blender, you could use a stick blender and put all of the ingredients into a large bowl.
Step 2
If you prefer your smoothies runny, add a splash of water or milk. Poor into a glass and enjoy.
If there's any left over, refrigerate the remaining to enjoy later on in the day, or freeze.
