L-lysine rich recipe
Serves 5
Nutrients per serving:
Ingredients
- ½ cup soya flour *
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 150ml soya milk *
- ½ tsp lemon juice *
Method
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
Step 2
Pour batter onto hot pan or griddle and cook on medium heat.
Step 3
Flip when browned.
Step 4
Serve with pumpkin seeds, honey and your favourite fruit.
