This is a FREE wellness consultation from the comfort of your home, all our Holland & Barrett advisors are menopause trained and ready to offer you advice and guidance.

Menopause Mandate nurse

We've partnered with Menopause Mandate to offer every women a free 15 min one-to-one chat with a menopause nurse. These appointments are to check symptoms, discuss how to prepare for a GP consultation and ask questions on how to change your lifestyle to manage this stage in your life.

Step 2

Attend your appointment through our video service. A reminder and calendar invite will be sent to you for easy access.
