Creatine gummies

Easy to eat in a gummy however it does taste quite powdery and has no resemblance of raspberries. I haven’t been taking it long enough to make comment if it has had the desired effect on my strength, performance and recovery.

Minimal flavoring in these almost to the point it'll be better off getting flavorless ones, easy to take over tables but wouldn't recommend if wanting to get for something tasty.
