How To Use:

How to use:

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption.

Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes.

If your sleep is disrupted, apply 2 – 3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.

Reapply whenever needed.
