“Bought this cause it was cheaper than Optimum Nutrition at the time of purchase, and I'd thought I would try something new. I don't feel any pump, boost, or tingling feeling from this. I've had it with 500ml and 250ml of water and nothing. Honestly just get Optimum Nutrition.”
