Directions:

Place the pad in your underwear, with the black wicking panel facing upwards. Fasten the wings around your underwear with the poppers. To clean, rinse used pads in cold water until it runs clear or soak overnight in cold water. After rinsing or soaking, machine wash in a dark load on a cool wash up to maximum of 40 degrees. Do not use fabric softener or bleach as it will reduce the absorbency. Line dry. If cared for according to instructions the pads will last for many years of use. Vegan Certified. Carbon Inset.
