What is it?

Holland & Barrett's Pure Cod Liver Oil is high in essential omega-3 fatty acids and is also an excellent source of Vitamins A and D. These capsules support your brain, heart, vision, bones, and muscles. Vitamin D contributes towards the immune system.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Both Vitamins A and D contribute to normal immune system function. Vitamin A also contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, whilst Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function.
• EPA and DHA are essential Omega-3 fatty acids which are commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function, and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. 250mg of DHA and EPA also contribute to normal heart function.
• Garlic supports normal immune function.
