BetaCarotene is a type of pigment found naturally in plants and yellow/orange coloured fruits and vegetables. The name beta carotene is in fact derived from the Latin name for carrot.

While large amounts of supplemental vitamin A can be toxic, the human body will only convert as much beta carotene into vitamin A as it needs.

Sunflower Seed Oil, Gelling Agents (Hydroxy Propyl Starch, Carrageenan), Humectant (Glycerol), Vitamin A (Beta-Carotene), Purified Water, Bulking Agents (Mono-And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Sodium Carbonate), Colour (Vegetable Carbon).

Directions:
