“Not sure about these yet. I have taken H & B vit B100 time release tablets for years. I suffer with mouth alters and the B100 keep them at bay, unfortunately these don’t have the same effect. Can’t understand why companies keep changing things. They say they work better. I am afraid they do not. I will persevere however, as I do rate H & B products.”

My need for a vit complex instead of just 1 vit.
“As I have got older I’ve realised a lot of my family lack vit B12, my dad even has to have B12 injections regularly to help him. I have found these supplements easy to take even though they are a bit chunky & i’m not fighting tiredness quite so much. I have also been told by my sister it is helping her & she said vit B1 actually works in stopping mosquitoes biting so I decided a complex would be the best choice for me, i usually get ‘eaten alive’ by mosquitoes 😢 I have too many illnesses to be suffering from low vitamins etc too 😊”
