Holland & Barrett Couscous is a nutritious, neutral base for many dishes. It's a great alternative to rice and can be served with curries and other savoury dishes.

Fruit, vegetables, and meats can all be used in couscous, making it an excellent main or side dish that can please just about any palette!

Directions:

Use a ratio of 1-1/2 cups of water per 1 cup of couscous. Pour the couscous into the boiling water, cover, and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove cover once all liquid is absorbed.
