Holland & Barrett Curcumin Complex with Vitamins D and K support bone health and immunity support. Turmeric contains compounds called curcuminoids, which give the spice its health benefits. The most important curcuminoid is curcumin and this is the active ingredient within turmeric and widely considered to be the most beneficial.

• Vitamin D is also known as the sunshine vitamin, as our bodies produce it when our skin comes into contact with direct sunlight. It can be difficult to get Vitamin D, especially in the winter months, and so the NHS recommends that you take a daily Vitamin D supplement. Vitamin D helps to support normal absorbtion and utilisation of calcium and phosphate in the body. Vitamin D supports the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function as well as the normal function of the immune system.
