What is it?

Holland & Barrett Glucomannan and Chromium Capsules are rich in Konjac Fibre. Konjac Fibre has almost no calories, but is very high in fibre. Chromium contributes towards normal macronutrient metabolism, while Glucomannan in the context of an energy restricted diet contributes to weight loss.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• Chromium supports the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations and contributes to normal macronutrient (fat, protein, and carbohydrate) metabolism.
• Glucomannan, or konjac as it is sometimes known, is a natural, water-soluble fibre derived from the roots of a south-east Asian plant called the elephant yam. In contact with water, glucomannan expands and can absorb up to 50 times its weight. Therefore, the recommended dosage of glucomannan is lower compared to other fibre supplements.
• Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.
