Easy to swallow!
These are soooo much easier to swallow than the Boots version. Only drawback is you have to take two a day instead of one of the Boots tablets. However, better that than choking on a huge tablet!!

Pleasantly surprised!
After several years of rubbish sleep due to niggling back pain, having to constantly change sleeping position, I noticed a difference after only a week to 10 days. I am an active 41 year old, have tried physio, chiropractor etc, nothing has helped as much. Definitely recomme…

Helpful for aches in the joints
Both my husband and I notice a difference when we don't take these, so they obviously contribute to less joint pain. Can't ask for more!!
