Glucosamine is the basis of the synthesis of several important macromolecules, including glycoproteins, glycolipids and glycosaminoglycans. These macromolecules can be found in the synovial fluid, cartilage, tendons, ligaments and muscles.

Fish oils too strong
“The glucosamine was good, but I found the fish oils in the other bottle to be to strong. Unfortunately the kitchen smelt of it for some time after I opened it.”
