Holland & Barrett's Maximum Strength Triple Omega 3-6-9 combines fish oil with flaxseed oil and starflower oil to help you to obtain sufficient quantities of essential fatty acids in a contaminant free, pure form.
Essential Fatty Acids are considered essential as they cannot be made by the body and have to be consumed within the diet. The government recommends eating two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily fish, however this can be difficult for some and therefore taking a supplement can be extremely beneficial.

These go in the mouth
“Pretty hefty capsules, don't mistake them for suppositories. Seem to be effective but they do give me fishy burps for a while after which is somewhat off putting. Especially bad when you have a bit of food, enjoyed the flavour of that, then it's ruined by the fish.”

“Good product ..reasonable price .. but ibreally wish H&B would stop revising products constantly do when you go to reorder a productvits no longer available.... but unknown to you there is a new version .. with different lable .. diffrrent colours .. and even modified descriptions... makes ongoing ordering a challenge on some products. Online system should automatically direct you on a reorder screen to latest version of a product”

“These are the best on the market. After just 1 week on these I noticed so many health improvements. I used to take the regular omega 3 fish oil and found them to work but weyhey when I switched to omega 369 my aching knee aches no more and still doesn't hurt. Ok I take 3 capsules in the morning with my porridge. Might seem alot but they work a dream. My skin and eyes are definitely better too. My nails are stronger. I highly recommend these.”
