What is it?

Holland & Barrett Omega 3 and Garlic Capsules contain essential Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, whilst Garlic helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels.

What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• EPA and DHA are essential Omega-3 fatty acids which are commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of vision and normal brain function, and the beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of DHA. When 250mg of DHA is taken with 250mg of EPA it also contributes to normal heart function. The beneficial effect can be obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.
• Garlic contains Alliin, a compound that converts to a sulphur compound called Allicin when it’s cut or crushed; Allicin is considered one of garlic’s most important active compounds. Garlic supports normal heart function and helps to maintain normal cholesterol levels.
