Holland & Barrett Mega B-100 is a timed release vegetarian supplements that provides an excellent source of B vitamins. B vitamins support normal energy yielding metabolism (Vitamin B1, B2, B3, Pantothenic acid, B6 and B12) and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins B2, B3, Pantothenic acid, B6, B12). Thiamin (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 also contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
