Ryan and Kim launched Life Kitchen after losing parents to cancer and seeing how chemotherapy was affecting their experience with food. The H&B with Life Kitchen collection has been designed to enhance each of our five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami.

This spice blend delivers punchy flavours that will dial up the taste of any dish. A mix of bitterness and nuttiness with a little heat and strong umami flavours. The bitter notes that come from the kale, fenugreek, and onion seeds are the unsung heroes.
