How am I made? Each avocado is hand-picked by small scale farmers in Spain and we pay a fair price for fruit that would otherwise be wasted.

But why would the fruit be wasted? For export, avocados are required to be a certain size, shape and colour. If they do not fit the requirements, they are left behind to go to waste. That is where we step in. We provide the farmers an additional income by buying these unwanted fruits as the size, shape and colour has no impact on the quality of the oil. We also educate the farmers through a free agronomist in country, who teaches the farmers how to organically care for their trees for future generations.
