L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), L-Valine, Bulking Agent (Dicalcium Phosphate), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithin), Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate).

Directions:
