GOLDEN OYSTER MUSHROOM

Golden Oyster mushrooms have white-coloured gills with a short stem and can grow up to 9 inches high. They can be found in the wild on dead or decaying logs in temperate and tropical forests. A German scientist first cultivated them in 1917, and they are now the third most commonly cultivated mushroom in the world.
