Very good texture

Makes great pizzas
Verified PurchaserLovely pizzas with this mix. I find it works best to shape it into the baking tray with some olive oil on my hands rather than extra flour.

Good Pizza Dough
Verified PurchaserIt was a very wet dough when assembled, not easy to roll out at all however the base once baked with toppings was crunchy and delicious.
