Great product
It works ! My son had his ears blocked and this cone was able to suck all the wax from it and he is feeling so much better

Love them!
I’ve used these a few times and once you get used to them and the high flame it becomes easier to use! I use them on my husband just before we fly and this helps his ears adapt better to air pressure when taking off and landing when in a plane! It certainly does help!
