Pharma Whey HT+ Bananadoes not use any slow release protein sources such as wheat or milk protein, two ingredients that should only be included in a slow-release protein formula. Combined with an even better, creamy taste and lower saturated fat content.

Directions:

For optimum results use 2-4 servings of Pharma-Whey HT+ daily. Ideally, use 1 serving upon waking, 1 serving 60-90 minutes prior to intense exercise, followed by 1-2 servings immediately upon completion of intense exercise.
