Improved memory recall
It is traditional Indian Ayurvedic Medicine Bramhi - Improves memory and should be taken at night. The capsules are good quality, but instruction says take in morning. When I took in morning, I felt very tired, so researched and took at night - it was quite helpful.

Note sure of the results but i'm giving it a try
