Directions:
Add one scoop (42.5g) to 500ml of cold water to make a drink. Drink 250-300ml 3 to 5 minutes before exercise. After exercise, drink 250-500ml.Ensure adequate hydration during and after training -Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.
