Directions:
Add one scoop (42.5g) to 500ml of cold water to make a drink. Drink 250-300ml 3 to 5 minutes before exercise. After exercise, drink 250-500ml.Ensure adequate hydration during and after training -Minimum of six to eight glasses of water daily.

Great product
Feel the difference in stamina after drinking this product. Bit like a well known battery -effect lasts longer than other batteries! Keep some for post exercise too. Similar products not as effective as this one.

Great product and fantastic taste.
This product is fantastic. The container is a little on the large size and could be reduced as its only about half full, you know, saving the planet, plastic use and all that. Best to buy when its on offer to stock up. I bought two seperate orders and only one was delivered…
