Feeling more energised
I've been taking this supplement for 1 month, and I have definitely noticed that I'm less irritable and lethargic around my period. I take one tablet daily before breakfast. Will continue to take this, very pleased with product.

Great product
I used to feel really tired every month before my period. Since taking these I have noticed a difference I'm not as tired, I'm taking 2 a day atm and approaching my 3rd month.
