Our mouth-watering watermelon hydration sachets contain an abundance of minerals, vitamins and amino acids including magnesium which contributes electrolyte balance in the body, as well as sodium and potassium which supports blood pressure and normal muscular and neurological function. Electrolytes are minerals that help regulate fluid balance, nerve signals, and muscle function, enabling the body to absorb water effectively and stay properly hydrated. Simply mix the 4g sachet of powder with 400-500ml of water first thing in the morning for maximum absorption.

Directions:
