Energise and Hydrate is an advanced pre- and intra-workout. It has been designed specifically for cross functional training to help you go into your workout feeling physically prepared to take on the challenge.

With energy through fast-release carbohydrates, hydration through added electrolytes, and other ‘pre-workout’ ingredients including; BCAAs, Beta Alanine and Citrulline Malate, Energise and Hydrate is an all-in-one solution and contains 180mg of caffeine.

Directions:

Mix 20 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml scoop) in 450 ml water.
