This also contains copper and one capsule daily covers many of your body’s vitamin and mineral needs. This product is sugar, salt and starch free and is suitable for vegans. Solgar’s formula of vitamins and minerals has been designed to help support your body’s production of collagen and keratin, which can decrease as we age. Collagen and keratin are fundamental to the strength, health and appearance of skin, hair and nails. This premium formula contains vitamin C and zinc to help your body maintain skin and zinc to maintain strong hair and nails.
